During my health coaching sessions I educate my clients on 8 pivotal foundations of health which directly influence our wellbeing and happiness with emphasis placed on nutrition and hydration as being the principal drivers to reclaiming and maintaining spectacular health.
With over 2 decades of research, I explain in my renowned uncomplicated, no-nonsense, practical approach the fundamentals of good nutrition and bust mainstream myths that have contributed to the epidemic of modern illness and degenerative disease.
My nutritional philosophy is that we should eat what we are biologically designed to eat based on our anatomy and physiology (which is universally an omnivorous diet rich in nutrient-dense whole unprocessed foods) as tailored to individual physiology. I educate clients on where our food comes from and how its been processed, where to source it most affordably, and how to properly prepare it super simply and efficiently while maximising its nutritional benefits and flavour. By combining the wisdom of ancestral diets with the latest developments in nutritional medicine and robust science, I will provide you with all the tools you need to function properly and perform your best to reach your true potential.

WHAT WILL I RECIEVE?
You will walk away with a folder of information containing many fact sheets and will have access to my original recipes that I think will benefit you. The cost of the initial consultation includes any questions that may crop up from time to time. I will help you in your transition as much as you need.
I work very closely with some of Australia’s foremost integrative and holistic practitioners including an integrative GP for blood testing and diagnosis, a naturopath for dispensing herbal supplements, a wholefoods dietician for those who need to go on the auto-immune protocol and a Weston A Price compliant dentist.
HOW MUCH DOES A CONSULTATION COST?
Consultations are charged at $150/hour for the first session and thereafter $75/hour for each subsequent session. I advise to allow 2 hours for the initial session as much material is covered.
WHERE WILL MY CONSULTATION TAKE PLACE?
Consultations are preferably conducted in person at the Broth Bar & Larder, other mutually convenient location, or over the phone. A follow up consultation is recommended after approximately 3 months (either in person or over the phone) to see how you’re tracking and to take your health to the next level.
