The genesis for this product started with a desire to make a gluten-free/soy-free flour to enjoy our favourite cakes, muffins, biscuits and pancakes. All of our activated dry goods are free from gluten, dairy and industrial seed oils.

We start with hulled buckwheat groats, activate them to reduce phytates, then dust them with cinnamon powder before going into the dehydrator ovens. The result is a product that is deliciously light and crispy, with hints of natural sweetness. Why activated? See here.
