Our activated pecans are so deliciously light, crispy and naturally sweet which many people have described them as biscuits. Pecans contain vitamin B1 (thiamine), copper, magnesium and zinc.

'Activated' simply refers to the process of properly preparing nuts and seeds through soaking (in filtered water) and dehydrating (not roasting!) at low temperature to reduce phytates and enzyme inhibitors naturally found in all nuts and seeds.
