OUR ORIGINAL ORGANIC SAUERKRAUT

True to the way I originally made it over a decade ago, this sauerkraut is a staple in my house and my kids and I never tire of its fresh taste and crunchy texture.  Dairy-free and wild fermented for 7 days.

Ingredients: cabbage*, raw apple cider vinegar*, sea salt, caraway seeds*. *Australian certified organic. Store in fridge.

ORGANIC TURMERIC-SPICED SAUERKRAUT

Turmeric is touted for its numerous medicinal and health properties. Combined with the added flavours of ginger and carrot, this sauerkraut makes a delicious, zesty, nutritious and probiotic-rich condiment. Dairy-free and wild fermented for 7 days, this sauerkraut is deliciously fresh tasting and still crunchy.

With the natural sweetness of juicy apples and beetroots, this rich red kraut is fast becoming one of our most popular products.   I specifically crafted this kraut without seeds to accomodate all my clients on the auto-immune protocol as the vast majority of krauts on the market contain seeds. Dairy-free and wild fermented for 7 days, this sauerkraut is deliciously fresh tasting and still crunchy.
