Using spiralised zucchini noodles, this is a grain-free take on my classic chicken noodle soup. Add some broth bombs to add your own flavour sensations e.g. make an Asian infusion by adding lemon juice, grated ginger, tamari, Red Boat fish sauce and chilli flakes. Or add turmeric and minced garlic for an anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting hit. This is a soup loved by young and old alike.
