ORGANIC BEEF TALLOW
Tallow is the fat that rises to the top of a beef broth. This is scooped off and packaged up to use as an alternative to butter or other fats when frying or baking. I always fry my meat in tallow and I often heat some up in a small saucepan and pour over root vegetables before baking. Store tallow in freezer, chop off a piece as desired for frying or baking, then return to freezer. 100% Dairy-free.
