I AM A COOKING INSTRUCTOR SPECIALISING IN REAL + TRADITIONAL FOODS...
My mission is to bring nutrient-dense whole unprocessed foods back to the modern table by inspiring and teaching people (especially time-poor mothers like me!) to make simple, nutritious and delicious meals.
I run weekly cooking classes in the eastern suburbs of Sydney (and further afield) on topics including slow cooked casseroles, bone broth, lacto-fermentation, raw meats, organ meats, chocolate, gluten-free cakes and muffins, breakfasts, school lunches and dips sauces & dressings. Workshops on new topics are periodically offered in addition to the ‘staple’ ones. While the vast majority of my workshops are geared to nutrition, I occasionally conduct movement-focused workshops (such as foam rolling) together with a personal trainer.
My fuss-free, uncomplicated approach to cooking and crafting nutritious and delicious original recipes has changed the lives of many. In my cooking workshops participants are provided with comprehensive workshop booklets, informative theory discussion, practical demonstrations, hand-on experience and food tasting.
