The fastest way to vibrant health and a resilient immune system

The fastest, easiest and safest way to building vibrant health and strong immunity is through your diet and other lifestyle factors. Always has been and always will be. There is no pill, drug or magic bullet that can ever replace the intelligence, vitamins and minerals in REAL NUTRIENT-DENSE FOOD.

13 years ago when I learnt that all the systems, structure and functions of the human body are built from and run on nutrients, it hit me like a thunderbolt that we need to dial up the nutrient density of our food. Out went the processed food (the bread, the pasta, the crackers, the juices, all the low fat stuff, the seed oils, empty fillers and stuff marketed as “healthy” but was anything but that), and in came the pastured animal products like bone broth, organ meats, fatty bony meat, full fat everything, wild seafood, fermented foods, activated nuts, fresh produce and herbs.

Boom! Quite quickly I started looking and feeling better and all my health issues which plagued me for decades (together with a box of pharmaceuticals) miraculously disappeared. Terribly inconvenient for big business and big pharma, but very convenient for me and the local artisan producers and farmers I support.

News flash: your health is less dictated by your genetics and far more influenced by diet and lifestyle factors (epigenetics). I discuss this at length in my comprehensive half day  FOOD AS MEDICINE talks that I co-present with Australia’s leading holistic dietician Marieke Rodenstein (next one is Saturday 23 May2020  held by zoom webinar so you can join from anywhere in the world – book here).

I am often complimented on my skin:

“That might have something to do with my diet and lifestyle” (not genetics - I used to have acne)

I am often complimented on my physique:

“That might have something to do with my diet and lifestyle” (not genetics - I used to be overweight)

I am often complimented on my boundless energy:

“That might have something to do with my diet and lifestyle” (not genetics - I used be lethargic and felt like the lifeforce had been sucked out of me)

I am often complimented on my vibrant health:

“That might have something to do with my diet and lifestyle” (not genetics - I used have a loooong list of health issues)

Bottom line:  JUST. EAT. REAL. FOOD. If your great great grandmother didn’t recognise it, don’t eat the f#%ing thing or put it on your body!!

Learning how to make your own super simple, fuss free, nutrient-dense meals, desserts and treats is one of the greatest and most important things you can ever do for your health. Click here to access my 5 online cooking workshops that I created for you: bone broth, slow cooks, organ meats, gluten free baked cakes, and chocolate. Whether you buy one, all of them or bundle them to save, my wish is that everyone gets back into the kitchen and starts cooking and eating real food!

Everyone who is registered for my next FOOD AS MEDICINE TALK sat 23 May will receive all 5 workshops FOR FREE as part of the talk (in other words I am gifting you $395 of cooking workshops). Having the knowledge is one thing, but actually putting into practice is the key. Knowledge without action is futile.
