Following on from the success of our previous retreat, I am excited to announce that my business partner Lisa Wood and I are holding our next retreat at the same location in the Blue Mountains on Friday 19- Sunday 21 October 2012. Grain-free traditional organic wholefoods catering (provided by yours truly) combined with movement and meditation classes make this retreat a truly unique experience.
The last retreat was fully booked with a waiting list. Spaces are limited to 12 so if you are keen to attend, or know of someone who might be, please see the attached Retreat brochure Oct2012. No prior experience is required for the movement (or other) classes.
