For consumers, we have the following shipping options:

Delivery Terms:

We dispatch all orders within 5 business days. We aim to deliver your goods promptly and securely, however we are dependent on third party suppliers and cannot make guarantees on delivery times. We always endeavour to keep good stock levels of all products. Due to the nature of organic products and small scale manufacturing, some products may not be available at certain times of the year. If we are out of stock of a product at the time of your purchase, we will offer an alternative or a a refund, at your discretion. Please note that we ship dry goods only to metropolitan areas. To verify whether your location falls within a designated metropolitan area, you can access and view the official metropolitan maps provided through the links at the bottom. If your address is not within the specified metropolitan zones, we will not be able to ship the product to you. We advise all customers to check their location against the maps prior to placing an order to ensure eligibility for delivery.

If you place an order from outside a designated metropolitan area, we’ll get in touch to let you know. You’ll have the option of either receiving a full refund or paying the additional freight cost for delivery, depending on where you live.
