'Activated' simply refers to the process of properly preparing nuts and seeds through soaking (in filtered water) and dehydrating (not roasting!) at low temperature to reduce phytates and enzyme inhibitors naturally found in all nuts and seeds. Traditional societies, the world over, soaked their nuts/seeds in rainwater and sun dried them to maximise nutrition. This process increases the bioavailability of nutrients and improves digestibility.

Free from gluten, dairy and industrial seed oils.

Available in 120g, 300g or 500g.
