Our activated pecans are so deliciously light, crispy and naturally sweet that many people have described them as biscuits. Pecans contain vitamin B1 (thiamine), copper, magnesium and zinc. All our activated dry goods are free from gluten, dairy and industrial seed oils.

'Activated' simply refers to the process of properly preparing nuts and seeds through soaking (in filtered water) and dehydrating (not roasting!) at low temperature to reduce phytates and enzyme inhibitors naturally found in all nuts and seeds. Serve: Eat as is for a nutrient-dense (biscuity) snack, add to muesli, salads (especially with balsamic dressing) or baked goods, or grind up in a food processor to make a gluten-free nut meal for baking.
