Our organic veal osso bucco casserole is 15 hour slow cooked and made with our signature chicken or beef broth, root veggies, greens and herbs.

Available in a 500g, 100% compostable cardboard container*.

Storage: Store frozen. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Ingredients: veal osso bucco*, carrots*, onions*, potatoes*, sweet potato*, celery*, zucchini*, tomato passata*, chicken broth* (filtered water, 100% pastured chicken bones*, pink lake salt) OR beef broth* (filtered water, 100% grass fed beef bones*, pink lake salt), balsamic vinegar*, garlic*, basil*, thyme*, oregano*, bay leaves*, paprika*, unrefined salt, pepper*. *Certified organic.

*Our meals are packed in 100% compostable bowl, lid, and label. Please dispose in commercial composting or general waste bin. Many councils send their general waste to a Mechanical and Biological Treatment facility, which recovers the compostable material and captures methane emissions.
