Our sauerkraut is made traditionally by hand using wild fermentation methods without added culture, heat or preservatives, to produce an all-raw live product.
Free from gluten, dairy and preservatives.
Available in a 500g glass jar.
Storage: Store between 1℃ and 5℃. Consume by best before date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
Ingredients: cabbage*, raw apple cider vinegar*, unrefined salt, caraway seeds*. *Certified organic.
Shipping: Only to Sydney Metro, Central Coast, Wollongong and the Blue Mountains (map here).
