Power bars back in stock

IMG_2906 I have a freshly made batch of date and nut (or power) bars available for sale.

The ingredients are: medjool dates, desiccated coconut, coconut oil, filtered water, activated nuts and seeds, activated buckwheat, cinnamon powder and vanilla powder.

Eat as a snack, museli bar replacement or breakfast cereal replacement topped with yogurt and fresh fruit. My kids love this and if you like my date nut balls these taste very similar.

They are sold in small packets of varying sizes and are priced at $5.50/100g (actual weight charged).

To purchase any of my products (or to just try them out and have a chat) just contact me by phone (0407 871 884) or email (soulla.chamberlain@me.com) and pop over at a mutually convenient  time to collect from my home in Bronte.

I have found that the best way to avoid resorting to junk/processed food is to ensure that my home is stocked with healthy alternatives when something sweet calls.

Activated macadamia nuts back in stock (for good- I hope!)

IMG_2723 After much searching, I have now found a supplier of organic (but non-certified) macadamia nuts.

Prices for activated macadamia nuts are:

large (500g)  $29 medium (300g)  $19 small (120g)  $9

If you would like to purchase, just drop me a text (0407 871 884) so I can keep a bag aside for you and let me know when you can collect from my home in Bronte.

I must warn you, these maccas are wickedly moorish.

Activated macadamia nuts - limited supply!

IMG_2723

I recently got my hands on some organic (but non-certified) macadamia nuts from Byron Bay which I have been activating (long-soaking then dehydrating) for the past week.

I only have a very limited supply:

        • 4 large (500g) bags $29
        • 1 medium (300g) bag $19
        • 3 small (120g) bag $9

If you would like to purchase, just drop me a line so I can keep a bag aside for you and let me know when you can collect from my home in Bronte.

I'll be making a batch of macadamia nut icecream tonight!
