In November last year I ran a competition on who could come up with a better name for my "power bars". There were some very creative and inspiring suggestions and after much pondering I have decided to stick with the name "power bar". Go figure. I am female after all! It was a very insightful exercise to examine the psychology behind the name of a product and in particular how the name of a health product attracts or dissuades a purchaser, particularly females with our desire to not (in most cases) bulk up.  

Many thanks to those of you who put forward suggestions and opinions.  I would like to give a free packet of my power bars to both Alli who suggested Star Bars and Daniella who suggested CRAVE Bars. Please collect from my home at a mutually convenient time.
