We make on site at Broth Bar & Larder whole cakes for your upcoming event. Prices vary depending on the cake, its size, whether it has icing etc.
On the cake order form you are able to choose your choice of:
GF flour base eg desiccated coconut, freshly ground activated nut meal or half / half
Natural sweetener of choice eg honey, maple syrup
Natural fat of choice eg butter, coconut oil, olive oil
Flavour of choice eg coffee, vanilla, chocolate, carrot, berry, orange, almond, hazel, Greek yogurt, lemon, lime & cardamom, winter warming etc
Icing versus no icing
Toppings of choice eg rose petals, corn flowers, chocolate shavings, chocolate pearls, cacao nibs, bliss balls etc
Note that pastured eggs are always included. If you prefer egg-free, we also sell our signature whole panna cottas (light Italian dessert) made with or without dairy or our rich/dense ganaches, both made with gelatin powder. We also sell our cakes, panna cottas and ganaches by the slice daily at Broth Bar & Larder. Feel free to call our staff to see what is available.
