I hope you are keeping well, sane and healthy in these challenging times!
I’d like to give you an update in light of the recent news that the NSW government has closed down all non-essential services. As an essential service, we will remain open with these changes:
In keeping with current Government policy to mitigate the spread of Corona Virus, no customers are allowed entry into Broth Bar. Simply stand at the front counter (which has been pushed to the front door) and we will bring all of your desired goodies to you. What service!
We continue to sell all pre-packaged artisan food which has always been our core business.
There is no dine-in option. Hot meals, soups and broth are takeaway only.
One person may sit outside on our bench or feel free to go across the road to the park. All take away meals are served using our biodegradable disposable packaging.
To share the love and ensure that there is enough for everyone, we are limiting quantity of soups, stocks and eggs – the quota is changes daily depending on our volume and is posted on the front door of our shop. Remember that we are a small artisan business and so are our suppliers!
We are taking email (orders@staraniseorganic.com) and phone orders (0421 786 009) but the above quotas on purchasing limits do still apply.
Card payments only (no cash).
We hope to have our online store back up soon after we get through the unprecedented volume of orders.
We are taking extra precautionary hygiene and santisation measures and our staff wear disposable gloves.
I thank you for your patience and loyalty in these challenging times and especially thank you for supporting local artisan businesses (especially of the single mum type! 😅).
My dedicated team and I are working tirelessly to meet the increased demand by increasing broth production offsite ... we hope to lift the quantity restrictions soon!
