The Ultimate Gluten-Free Organic Muesli!
The Ultimate Gluten-Free Organic Muesli!
Our organic muesli sets the standard for the cleanest muesli on the market. Containing no puffed grains, no gluten, no industrial seed oils, no sweeteners or anything artificial!
All the nuts, seeds and buckwheat are activated. ‘Activated' simply refers to the process of properly preparing nuts, seeds and buckwheat through soaking (in filtered water) and dehydrating (not roasting!) at low temperature to reduce phytates and enzyme inhibitors naturally found in all nuts, seeds and grains. Traditional societies the world over soaked their nuts and seeds in rainwater and sun dried them to maximise digestibility and nutrition. This process increases the bioavailability of nutrients and improves digestibility.
Our activated dry goods are combined with the delicious flavours of coconut flakes, dried figs, goji berries, raw cacao nibs and cinnamon powder to provide a delicious and nutritious breakfast muesli.
